Annette M Parry Bush, MBA, BSN, RN, OCN®, ICE-CCP is the Director of Credentialing at the Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center (HPCC), where she leads HPCC’s Certification Test Development and Recertification team.
For over 15 years, Annette's career has focused on building and maintaining certification programs and assessment-based certificate programs and meeting and exceeding accreditation standards. Her experience includes partnering with vendors and consultants, leading the item development process, working with volunteers and subject matter experts, and developing annual test development cycles that have included overseeing job analysis, standard setting, item development, item review, test publishing, and recertification. Throughout her professional career, she continues to be driven by her commitment to excellence and to adhere to best practices in test development.
Annette earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and her Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing. She has served on the ABSNC Board and has volunteered as an ABSNC accreditation application reviewer. Annette’s committee work includes the ABNS Awards Committee, ICE Programs Committee, and ATP Standing Committees.
