In her role as Vice President of Client Services, Shebbra is responsible for leading a diverse global team of Client Services Specialists, Managers, and Directors. Under her leadership, Client Services strives to consistently provide exceptional service to clients by being knowledgeable about their business requirements and keeping the voice of the client at the forefront of everything we do. Shebbra’s strong business acumen, transparency, and consultative approach is supported by 25+ years of experience in the assessment industry where she held various positions ranging from support to leadership. Shebbra demonstrates a strong commitment to producing positive results and has a “can do” attitude no matter how challenging the opportunity may seem. She loves helping clients achieve their vision for success in an ever-changing business environment.
