Melissa's previous role as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at a certification board involved leading strategic initiatives that significantly increased revenue and improved operations. Her extensive experience includes international credentialing, research, accreditation, and organizational leadership.
Melissa has actively contributed to the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.) through various volunteer roles, including as an International Task Force Member and on the I.C.E.
