Sue Orchard is the President & CEO of Comms Multilingual, a translation solutions provider based in Epsom in England. Comms specializes in the translation, localization and adaptation of all the different types of tests, certifications, exams and assessments (both clinical and non-clinical), plus all the related materials, and can help at every stage of the linguistic validation process. Sue has a BSc degree in German and Russian from the University of Aston in Birmingham, England. She also speaks French, is learning Spanish and can read and understand most European languages. Before founding Comms Multilingual over 21 years ago, Sue worked for a company that produced psychometric assessments, which provided her with invaluable knowledge about tests and testing and how to produce valid and reliable tests and exams. She has a very keen interest in the new AI technologies and the disruptive effect they will have on the testing and localization industries.
