Nancy Thomas Ahluwalia spent 35 years as a test developer, most of which were spent working on occupational and professional tests. She has a BA in Spanish, an MS in Linguistics, and an MBA, all of which provided multiple perspectives to the tests she worked on. Her employment history included 18 years with Educational Testing Service followed by work in a variety of subsidiaries. She retired in 2013 from both Educational Testing Service and Prometric. She served six years as a public member on the NCCA and is now serving as the public member on the Accreditation Services Council. She has also just been appointed as the Public Member for the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting.
