Terreline has been with the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) since April 2022 and has the primary responsibility of liaising with various Workforce Development representatives – consultants, training and talent organizations, and national affiliate Apartment Associations for the purposes of offering NAAEI education credentials for individuals interested in entering the residential property management (RPM) industry. Terreline is also the primary liaison for dialoguing with schools and universities that offer 2- and 4-year degree and certificate programs in or related to property management across the United States.
Terreline joined NAAEI with over 20 years of program and project management experience, and 24 years of experience in asset and property management, starting as a Student Housing Resident Assistant (RA) prior to graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She maintained exposure in the industry by becoming an independent rental owner in 2005 and a property manager in 2008. She achieved her graduate certificate in Human Resources Management and her master's degree in management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She also holds a Credentialing Specialist Certificate from the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.)
