Marc Kroopnick is the Director of Test Development and Psychometrics for Medical School Admissions Testing at the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). Marc oversees item writing, form assembly, test publishing, and test equating for both the MCAT® exam and the PREview® situational judgement test. His primary research interests involve applying measurement theory to operational and applied problems within the field of education. Marc holds a Ph.D. in Measurement, Statistics, and Evaluation from the University of Maryland, College Park, an M.Eng. in Operations Research and Statistics from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an M.B.A from the Louisiana State University at Shreveport, and a B.S. in Mathematics from Muhlenberg College.
