Jeff Dahlke is a Senior Scientist with the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) in Alexandria, VA. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Dahlke is an expert on the development of psychological tests and the use of test scores in both the classical test theory (CTT) and item response theory (IRT) paradigms, including computerized adaptive testing (CAT). At HumRRO, he has directed projects and tasks to develop, maintain, and evaluate a variety of medium- and high-stakes pre-employment and credentialing assessments. Dr. Dahlke has extensive experience applying natural language processing techniques to test content to improve the test-development process through the automated (or semi-automated) detection of enemy items.
