Erica has more than 13 years of experience in the assessment world primarily focusing on equitable, fair science content across the K-12 assessment and higher education space. As the Director of MCAT Development, Item Banking, Publishing and Science Education, Erica works in concert with multiple vendors to ensure item bank, content development, and publishing of forms for the administration of the exam. She also facilitates webinars with current medical students to help guide future medical students through by learning from their experiences. Erica developed multiple trainings and mentored content development SMEs to ensure the best, clearest, industry standard content possible for examinees. Previously, Erica worked with more than 10 different state departments of education to provide support in their item banking, scoring, and test delivery needs having worked with simulations to assist in assessing science experiments. She has presented at the NAAHP to help provide information to health professional advisors about our program.
