Nicholas Williams, MEd is a psychometrician at the American Osteopathic Association with previous extensive experience in test publishing and item banking. Having started his career in 2007, he has more than a decade of experience with a multitude of aspects related to high stakes assessment. Originally, he received his bachelor’s degree in computer science at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Having met several psychometricians and observed the full assessment process, he was inspired to obtain his MEd in the MESA program from the University of Illinois Chicago campus. Applying his mixed background, Mr. Williams’ work specializes in automating processes, particularly the area of data processing, data transformation, and report generation.
