Dr. Reed A. Castle received his doctorate from the University of Nebraska in psychometric and quantitative methods. With over two decades of psychometric experience, he has worked for multiple testing organizations serving as a psychometrician, management, and consultant. His research interests include the efficacy of different applied adaptive testing strategies. Currently, Reed is the executive vice president for Professional Testing, Inc. with offices in Orlando and Denver. Dr. Castle routinely presents at educational conferences including ICE, ATP, NCME, IMTA, and CLEAR. He has been a contributing author to Clear Exam Review Journal and served a six-year appointment as a psychometric commissioner for the National Council for Certifying Agencies. He currently serves on ANAB’s Personnel Certification Accreditation Committee (PCAC) which assists with accrediting personnel certification bodies in accordance with ISO/IEC 17024.
