Christine Johnson, CAE, Senior Associate Executive Director with the National Board of Echocardiography (NBE) has over 14 years of experience in medical personnel credentialing. She began working in this profession as Director of Communications for Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), a role she held for more than a decade. For the past four years, she has served in her current position, collaborating with physician board members and subject matter experts to meet organizational goals and overseeing the Examination and Certification Departments.

Prior to the previously mentioned roles, Christine amassed a diverse range of work experiences, including engineering roles at a Fortune 100 company, outside sales of industrial equipment, owning a 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise, and managing an independent Mary Kay Cosmetics business. As an alumna of North Carolina State University, Christine is always cheering for the Wolfpack! She resides in a Raleigh, NC suburb with her husband, two children, and their Aussiedoodle.
