Jennifer is a partner in the Washington, DC office of Baker McKenzie, an international law firm. Jennifer is the Chair of the Washington Litigation and Government Enforcement practice and the Co-Chair of the firm's North American Commercial Litigation subgroup. She has more than 25 years as a practicing attorney, including extensive experience advising high-stakes examination programs on a wide variety of issues and disputes. Jennifer is a frequent speaker on issues relevant to the testing industry and co-authored the chapter "Legal Matters in Test Security" in the Handbook of Test Security (Routledge Press, 2013). She is a 1995 cum laude graduate of Georgetown University and received her law degree, magna cum laude, from Tulane Law School in 1998. Jennifer is also a former law clerk to the Chief Justice of the Louisiana Supreme Court.
