As the Senior Director of Learning and Development at Global Skills X-Change (GSX), Bobbi is responsible for designing learning strategies and solutions utilizing her 25 years of experience in learning experience design. She is known for incorporating human-centered design, change management, and business process improvement into the learning function. Bobbi’s work includes training, design thinking facilitation, course and curriculum development, LMS administration, communications, high-stakes certification program management, and global training portfolio management. She has volunteered for I.C.E. as both a reviewer and Chair for the Assessment-Based Certificate Accreditation Council (ACAC), served on the Branding Architecture Project Advisory Group, and is currently serving for a second time on the Accreditation Services Council. She holds the Expert Coach designation from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the ICE-CCP designation from I.C.E., and is a Prosci certified change practitioner.
