Becca Carroll brings over 25 years of progressive leadership experience and more than a decade in assessment expertise to her role as Manager, Operations, and Administration at the Medical Council of Canada (MCC). She oversees four critical assessment programs that support MCC’s mission as Canada’s trusted authority in physician credentialing and competency assessment for safe licensure.
With a Bachelor’s degree from Western University and a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University, Becca’s academic background fuels her commitment to professional excellence.
