Lisa Seyfried serves as the Manager, Accreditation and Credentialing Services for SeaCrest. In this role, Lisa partners with credentialing organizations to evaluate programs, find areas for improvement, and achieve third-party accreditation. Prior to this role, she was the Quality Manager for the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) where she managed the accreditation of HRCI’s exams, oversaw the quality management system, and implemented process improvements for the certification programs. Lisa has a decade of experience applying both NCCA and ISO 17024 standards, auditing certification programs for compliance, implementing process improvements, and managing quality management systems. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Jefferson University, and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
