I.C.E. Exchange Program Description: How is your organization operationalizing DE&I? The Institute for Credentialing Excellence DE&I Committee conducted a DE&I research survey in 2023 that provided greater insight into DE&I practices credentialing organizations are implementing. This session will review some of the insights gleaned from the survey and take a deeper dive into the ways to and the importance of implementing DE&I initiatives.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion participants will learn which DE&I practices certifying bodies in the I.C.E. community are implementing through the results of the I.C.E. DE&I Survey.
Upon completion participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to operationalize DE&I programs and principles.
Upon completion participants will learn about resources that can aid with communicating the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workforce
